FOUL BAY

This custom renovation was designed and planned out by the homeowners and the vision was carried out by Amity. Extensive work was carried out to re-invigorate this beautiful home including exterior finishing, hardscaping, outdoor living spaces, and interior renovation covering the kitchen, bathrooms and the creation of an additional bedroom. 

The renovation covered over +3000 square foot of the entire house and property. Built in traditional style; the original three bedroom home was renovated into a four bedroom home. To further complicate the renovation, the original home had been renovated two previous times. We redesigned interior to include new kitchen, new main bedroom, and a 7-piece ensuite including tub, steam shower and sauna.

We installed new, custom millwork throughout home, changed one large bedroom into two bedrooms, including a full re-design of main upstairs bedroom. We refurbished the floors, installed new tiling, custom wall-papering, created a new foyer and repurposed a bonus room above the main living room which used to be a storage space.

For the exterior, we replaced steep driveway with lower-graded concrete driveway, incorporated extensive masonry around property, including retaining walls, stairs and fences as well as added various quartz columns. We replaced windows with energy efficient windows and wrapped all windows with new casings, re-stuccoed the entire home. In the back of the home, added a 20’x30’ gazebo to compliment the new, stone outdoor fireplace for seamless indoor-outdoor living

We also added a new entry roof with wood, herringbone designed soffits, re-surfaced the pool deck and added glass paneling for privacy and updated pool lighting while also refreshing the pool room.
